I am seriously in love with Kodiak Cakes dark chocolate mix. It hits the spot every single time I need something sweet.

One of my favorite things to make with Kodiak cakes dark chocolate mix is obviously waffles, but my new love are these chocolate donuts!

It is no secret that I love anything chocolate and donuts, so when I whipped these babies up, it was hard not to eat them all.

Since starting macro counting, I have been trying to find healthier ways to make my favorite sweets to help me stay on track but also satisfy my sweet tooth, and these cover all the bases.

Recipe for Kodiak cakes chocolate donuts

Ingredients:

1 cup of Kodiak Cakes dark chocolate pancake/waffle mix

1/4 cup off liquid egg whites

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetner

1/2 cup of water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix all ingredients together until smooth

lightly spray donut pan with olive oil spray (could use any other light oil spray)

Evenly spoon the mix into the donut pan (this recipe makes 4 donuts). Here is a link to the pan I use and love.

Bake for 17-18 minutes until cooked all the way through

Remove from oven and let cool 4-5 minutes in pan, then remove and place on wire rack to finish cooling. Viola!

I like to add a little Waldren Farms Chocolate Syrup drizzle on top because, well why not??
